Overview
Our returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. These conditions are also applied to warranty claims. However, change of mind after receiving any product ( for example : liking,choice,wish ) will not be acceptable as a reason to refund or return the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our delivery partner.
Warranty :
We give 3 years warranty on every package. This includes 2 years warranty for the original leather parts and 3 years warranty for the main chain This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply to regular signs of aging,damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect, or if you change your mind.
Refund:
Refunds are unavailable for sold products. Only exchange will be available for damaged goods. Terms and Conditions applied.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can find the terms and conditions to make an exchange in the overview section.
Warranty Claim
To avail warranty policy, a customer must carry the receipts otherwise that product will be free of warranty claim.
