    • Orders are confirmed can not be cancelled and payment can be done upon delivery.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to fraud suspicion or stock unavailability.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    • Estimated delivery time for inside Dhaka is [2-3] days max and outside Dhaka [4-5] days max and may vary due to external factors.
    • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
  5. Returns & Exchanges
    • We accept returns or exchanges only for defective items within [3] days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
